The absolute best! I can’t say enough about Sam and the amazing knowledge and guidance she gave us. We were looking in the Alpharetta/Roswell area and her expertise in the area is unparalleled. She’s extremely honest with all aspects of home-buying. She doesn’t want her clients to buy just any house, she wants them to make a smart purchase and know all the facts about the area and the home before purchase. After home inspection, there was an extensive list of things that we were made aware of. Sam was able to expertly negotiate a sizable sum that was taken off of the home purchase for necessary repairs. There’s no one else we would use to buy or sell in the future. Sam and her family were incredible during the whole house buying process. Her knowledge and experience helped guide us as British ex-pats through a buying experience and housing market that was alien to us. They provided us with many choices in a climate where the stock was low, due to their local network – offering us both off-market and advertised properties to view. Sam and her family are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, caring, and connected when it comes to real estate. They will do what you want, but will not be afraid to speak their true feelings. Highly recommend! Sam was always responsive and willing to quickly visit a home for sale. She had amazing connections as well with the entire home buying process. We had great experiences with the lender, inspector, and lawyer, all of which were at Sam’s recommendation. If Sam wasn’t available, another member of her team was able to assist, too. Sam is beyond a 5 out of 5. I have never met someone who worked so hard for us to find our dream home. She went beyond just sending us MLS listings. Plus all the education she provides from the moment you pull up to view a property. This was our first home and she educated us on things we would never remotely think of.
