Moving from across country meant shopping online until we had enough favorite homes to warrant scheduling a trip to fill a weekend of looking in Atlanta.

Not only did Amy supply continuous links to available homes during the process, as a GA native who has lived in some of the state’s most sought-after cities, she was able to provide insights on all of the communities in which we were interested.

When it came time to make the trip out, we saw 14 homes within 48 hours and we found our dream home; however, because it was an older home, the offer was full of hurdles to negotiate; all of which Amy handled with thought and care, as if she was purchasing the property.

Her due diligence is second to none and thanks to her we were able to negotiate for things I would have never thought of.
