We sold two homes, very close to the asking price, within a month following his advice (and have one on the market for almost a year with another agent in another city). He also gave us excellent advice on how to stage our home to sell quickly, which helped.

Negotiation Skills: His negotiation skills are second to none, and we feel we got everything we could out of the two homes we sold. We even used his advice to get the house we wanted in another city in a bidding war.

Communication Skills: His communication skills are incredible. We never had to wonder what was happening with our property – this is huge and something that brings incredible peace of mind. He has finely tuned EQ skills, so he knows how long to stay for meetings, how the buyer and seller are feeling about the deal, and he interjects humor when needed.
