Sam is beyond a 5 out of 5. I have never met someone who worked so hard for us to find our dream home. She went beyond just sending us MLS listings. Plus all the education she provides from the moment you pull up to view a property. This was our first home and she educated us on things we would never remotely think of. Plus settling wasn’t an option for her, if we didn’t absolutely love a listing it was just on to the next one. There were A LOT of listings she took us to.
