I truly can’t recommend Sam, Caroline, and the rest of the team enough! They are simply incredible. They were so patient with us as buyers, truthful and honest. Homes we really liked they told us why we shouldn’t buy or what we should think about and then they found us our dream home. 5 STARS!! Well, I would give more if that was possible!

I worked with Sam Spiva to buy a house and she is truly phenomenal - knowledgeable, super responsive, and not pushy at all; she helped me find a perfect place and I will happily work with her again in the future!

Sam was a great real estate agent during my condo purchase journey. She was very thorough during the process and ended up negotiating over $10k in improvements /additions that the seller covered. There was never a time when she wasn’t available to answer questions or drive across town!

We worked with Sam to help find our first and second homes and she was extremely helpful in both the buying and selling processes. Don’t think twice about using Sam!

Sam helped us buy our house in Roswell, the whole Kloster team complemented each other very well and they took care of us like family!

The Kloster Group are the best agents you could ever ask for. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and will not let any of her clients make a bad investment. Peter and Allison are amazing too and have been in the business forever! They are extremely honest, helpful, and wonderful people. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us!

The absolute best! I can’t say enough about Sam and the amazing knowledge and guidance she gave us. We were looking in the Alpharetta/Roswell area and her expertise in the area is unparalleled. She’s extremely honest with all aspects of home-buying. She doesn’t want her clients to buy just any house, she wants them to make a smart purchase and know all the facts about the area and the home before purchasing. After home inspection, there was an extensive list of things that we were made aware of. Sam was able to expertly negotiate a sizable sum that was taken off of the home purchase for necessary repairs. There’s no one else we would use to buy or s...

The Kloster Group are pros! Couldn’t ask for a better team to buy my first new construction. Peter, Allison, and Sam helped me with every step. Thank you so much! Will definitely call on the Klosters for any real estate needs!

We couldn’t ask for a better experience! Our realtor was on top of everything. Sam worked diligently to understand our needs, sent us search results, scheduled viewings, and facilitated the document signatures. We would totally work with her again!

Sam was very professional and easy to work with. She gave us great advice and options throughout the process. She also went above and beyond to work around our schedules when needed. Overall the experience was great and we were very satisfied with the service and the end results. Highly recommended.
