Charlotte began her real estate career young; when home on the weekends from boarding school, she would eagerly tag along with her mother to open houses, showings, and home photo shoots. This quickly grew into a love of all things real estate. Since then, Charlotte has become an accomplished real estate professional known for her keen knowledge of the market and its inventory. Her dedication to prioritizing her client’s needs and her understanding of what people desire in a home make her an outstanding agent. Additionally, Charlotte loves architecture, décor, and organization, which are a considerable asset when getting a house ready to market.
Originally from Atlanta, Charlotte ventured to New York upon graduation to pursue a career in residential real estate. After a successful stint in NYC, she returned to Atlanta in 2016 to join forces with her mother, Douglas Perry, where they formed The Perry Team. Charlotte cherishes every moment of working alongside her mother, allowing her to leverage her skills and expertise to serve their clients effectively. Where you see one Perry girl, you will likely see the other not far behind. Not only do they serve their clients exceptionally well, but they also love every minute of doing it together! Charlotte lives in the Buckhead neighborhood. When not showing houses, she can often be found walking Ansley Park and Bobby Jones with her fiancé, Steve, and their two precious puppies, attending Pilates, and hosting dinner parties with friends and family.
