Welcome to Peachtree Hills

Peachtree Hills is easily one of Buckhead’s coziest neighborhoods. Located south of Lindbergh Drive and north of the centralmost section of Peachtree Creek, the area includes the Peachtree Battle shopping plaza, Peachtree Hills Recreation Center, and some of Atlanta’s most historic homes. Residential development in the area began in 1910, and it quickly grew into one of the most intimate and recognizable locations between Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta for new families and young professionals. Most homes are mid-sized single-family residences that are designed in the Craftsman style and vary in price range. Rentals are also popular, as various pockets of the neighborhood include duplexes and multi-family housing.

Although the area is fairly car-dependent, residents can easily jump on a Red or Gold line MARTA train and be downtown in no time. With its central location and easy access to major roads such as Peachtree and Piedmont, Peachtree Hills gives residents the luxury of a small community feel, while still maintaining a metropolitan lifestyle right at their front door.
