I cannot recommend Tracy enough! She truly listens to your wants & needs in a home, then goes to work! She is your biggest advocate during the entire home-buying/ selling process. She is great at easing your nerves & answering any questions that you have. I’ve used her to buy two homes & sell one. Will not use another realtor in this Atlanta area. Tracy should be your first & only call!

Tracy was so helpful during our entire house-hunting experience. We found an amazing house within two weeks of starting the house-hunting process! She helped us put in a very competitive offer and made sure we were taken care of through the entire process. We had a plumbing issue 4 days after closing, and Tracy had thought to ask for plumbers' insurance in our closing agreement.
